Terms and Conditions of Sale for Woody’s Sporting Dogs

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale.  
He/she has had its temporary inoculation and worming based on age.  The above stated customer
(buyer) has a health guarantee extending to date of business __________, in which to have the
puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian and is urged to do so in order for this guarantee to be
valid.  If the veterinarian finds anything seriously wrong with this puppy, it will be exchanged for
another puppy of equal value of the customers choice, at once, or when available.  A letter must
be provided from the examining veterinarian, who offered as evidence of the puppy’s illness, and
the puppy must be returned within the guarantee period listed above.  After the above guarantee
period has expired, Woody’s Sporting Dogs, will extend the guarantee to cover only genetic health
problems for 36 months from date of sale, providing the following has been satisfied:
1.  Owners have kept all inoculations, worming, and vet appointments current
2.   There is no evidence of abuse to the animal
3.  A DNA sample is provided to verify the animal was purchased from Woody’s Sporting Dogs
4.  A copy of all information from the attending vet is provided
5.  A period of 14 days is allowed for our vet to verify all information provided
6.  We receive confirmation that the DNA sample matches to named Dam or Stud
7.  Woody’s Sporting Dogs received written notification of the problem
8.  Any other regulations or rules that would be in acted through the AKC in regards to English
Springer Spaniels or Labrador Retrievers
9.  A copy of the registration paper is provided to Woody’s Sporting Dogs

Woody’s Sporting Dogs assumes no responsibility on this puppy after leaving the premises except
as stated above.  Woody’s Sporting Dogs also assumes no responsibility on this puppy for medical
expense, mortality, landlord’s disapproval, family’s disapproval, allergy to animals, disagreement of
family, or for any other reason.  
It is further understood and agreed that no warranty or representation has been made with Woody’
s Sporting Dogs in respect to the said puppy, except as put forth in writing in this agreement.

Notice: All puppies are sold on a limited registration that will be removed when the following
conditions are met:
1.        Female dog reaches the age of 2years or Male dog reaches the age of 18mos
2.        Dog’s eyes have approving vet certification
3.        Dog’s hips have been checked for displaysia and pass
